3. Account Registration
Only Service Providers, Sub-Distributors, and Distributors may register for an account on the Disha101 platform. By registering, you confirm that:
- All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are providing your details voluntarily for the purpose of account management.
- You are legally authorized to represent the business entity you register under.
- You will keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Service Provider Obligations
Service Providers registered on the Disha101 platform agree to:
- Be qualified, verified, and legally permitted to offer the services they list.
- Ensure the accuracy of all service descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while delivering services.
- Cooperate with any credential verification process initiated by Disha101.
5. Distributor & Sub-Distributor Obligations
Distributors and Sub-Distributors operating within the Disha101 network agree to:
- Operate within the scope defined by their role and the hierarchical structure of the network.
- Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices.
- Ensure that any Sub-Distributors or Service Providers they onboard comply with these Terms.
- Keep their account information and business details updated at all times.
6. Voluntary Data Submission
All information collected by Disha101 is voluntarily provided by Service Providers, Sub-Distributors, and Distributors for the purpose of account creation and management. We do not collect any data from consumers or end-users. By submitting your information, you consent to its use as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
DishaInnovation India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legal compliance of services provided by registered Service Providers. The platform acts as a network management and operations tool and does not directly provide or guarantee any services offered by its partners.
8. Termination
Disha101 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or upon discovery of fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information provided during registration or operation.
